Collision Claims Local Woman’s Life

A 22-year old Thunder Bay woman is dead following a vehicle collision in the Municipality of Red Lake.

Provincial police say they responded to a call at around 3:30 Friday morning, April 24th, to reports of a crash in Madsen.

Vanessa Rivers died in the vehicle, which police say was driven without the owner’s consent.

Police are still looking into the cause.
