Update 5am, Tuesday:
There are still a number of Thunder Bay police officers in the Boulevard Lake area Tuesday morning, following reports of a sudden death.
They remain at the ball diamonds at the Current River Rec Centre, and were seen on Lyon Boulevard Monday night.
Police have not confirmed yet exactly what is going on, but will have more detail later.
They assure us there is no immediate threat to public safety at this time, but you are being asked to avoid the area as police process the scene.
