Bill Mauro wants to continue pushing for more protective equipment for Thunder Bay workers.
He’s bringing a motion to City Council tonight recommending he keep advocating on behalf of Council.
A memo from Mauro says he has heard concerns about the supply of equipment for emergency services, water and wastewater workers, and Pioneer Ridge Long Term Care & Senior Services.
He says supporting those workers is key to containing the spread of COVID-19.
