Lakehead University has made the decision to hold off on holding its spring graduation ceremonies.
In a statement to the media, they say “with the ongoing uncertainties related to the COVID-19 pandemic, it will not be possible to hold our Spring Convocation ceremonies originally planned to take place in May/June 2020. It is our hope that we will be able to reschedule Convocation ceremonies for some time this fall.”
Lakehead University students eligible to graduate will still have their degrees conferred in spring 2020 following approval at the Lakehead University May 2020 Senate meeting.
