COVID Forces Bombardier To Suspend Operations

Another major Canadian company is temporarily suspending all non-essential operations to fight COVID-19.

Bombardier is making the move as of 11:59 tonight, Tuesday, lasting until Sunday April 26th.

This includes all aircraft and rail operations in Ontario and Quebec.

On its company website, Bombardier adds all affected employees will be put on temporary leave of absence, while its CEOs and leadership teams will forego pay and other benefits for the same time period.
