Thunder Bay Police say they are investigating a murder on North May Street. They say they were called to a home in the 500 block of North May Street just after 2:30 Monday morning.
Police found a man with significant injuries. The victim was sent to the hospital for treatment of his injuries but he died at 3:30 Monday morning.
Police are now holding a scene and members of the Thunder Bay Police Service’s Major Crimes Unit are treating this as a homicide investigation.
A post-mortem examination is being scheduled and investigators are in the process of notifying next of kin.
