A Thunder Bay Police Service Constable who pled guilty to a charge of discreditable conduct has been sentenced.
The incident dates back to August 2014 and revolves around how Constable Neal Soltys treated a man charged under the liquor license act.
A Police Service Act Hearing Officer recently released his decision in the matter and says Soltys must forfeit 12 hours of pay.
