Thunder Bay’s MS Society has brought back one of its popular fundraisers for a second year.
The Passport Around the World event is taking place Saturday night at the Valhalla Inn and spokesperson Marc Larocque says every dollar donated through this fundraiser is vital.
“Anything at this point is a wonderful, wonderful donation for the MS Society as we don’t have any government funding to fall back on,” Larocque says.
He notes money raised stays local and helps families living with MS.
