The 2020 provincial budget is going to be tabled in the Ontario Legislature on March 25th.
Finance Minister Rod Phillips says the fiscal document will incorporate issues he heard on the road during pre-budget consultations.
“Everywhere we travelled the message was clear: people with a job wanted a better paying job, if they had a place to live they wanted to be able to buy that forever home, they wanted a place to raise their kids and give them a prosperous future,” Phillips added.
The Finance Minister adds in the province’s 2020 budget they will continue their path to balancing the government’s books by 2023-2024.
