Northwestern Ontario Senator Lynn Beyak has been suspended for a second time.
Beyak, who is from Dryden, was suspended in a voice vote Thursday.
She won’t be getting a Senate paycheque for the remainder of this parliamentary session.
Beyak made an apology on Tuesday for letters supporting the First Nation residential school system on her website.
She has been suspended again for refusing to complete the mandated anti-racism training offered by the senate.
Her suspension includes losing remuneration of expenses and living allowances and being denied access for office space and other senate resources.
