Police have laid the third child porn charge this week in Thunder Bay.
This time around the investigation dates back to November of 2019. Police say they received information about an Internet user uploading numerous files suspected to be child porn. The suspicious files were reviewed and investigators found them to be consistent with child pornography.
Last Friday, the police arrested the individual and seized his cellphone. They say the phone had images of child porn on it.
The 40-year-old man has a future court date on February 21st.
