The Crime Prevention Council is trying to provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone to share their thoughts on community safety.
That’s why the group has created a facilitator guide for those people who may not want to attend an in-person session.
CPC Coordinator Lee-Ann Chevrette says they will be asking three questions in the guide but won’t divulge exactly into what those questions are.
“The questions deal have a theme and they include things like what are people most concerned about in the city of Thunder Bay when it comes to community safety and well-being and, essentially, what we can do as a community to reduce those risks and make our community safer for everyone.”
Chevrette says they created this unique way of collecting feedback to ensure everyone can have a say.

The Crime Prevention Council will be gathering feedback on their new community safety and well-being plan up until February 28th.
