A Thunder Bay woman who is accused of second-degree murder in relation to the death of her 11-year-old son will be back before a judge next month.
34-year-old Courtney Marie Labelle appeared by video this afternoon and heard from the judge her next court date is set for February 7th.
Police were called to a home on West Victoria Avenue on January 1st of this year and laid charges shortly after.
There is a media ban limiting what can be said in this court matter.
