Uride To Start A Charity Foundation

The owner of a Thunder Bay ride-sharing service wants the company to start donating money to various people and charities.

Uride’s Cody Ruberto explains he is setting up a company foundation that would start with $10,000. He is suggesting the money could be used to perform random acts of kindness.

Ruberto says “It could be…giving the next 50 people in line coffee” or helping a family who is “struggling to get groceries” or helping “someone who is short on their month’s rent or paying their bills.”

The Uride owner wants to pay forward what others have done for him when he was in dire straits.

In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
