Three names have been picked in the Save A Heart Raffle, raising funds to bring cardiovascular surgery to Thunder Bay.
The winner of the 1st prize, a new Mitsubshi Crossover Eclipse, is G. Tuokkolla. Louis Nadin of Thunder Bay brings home the 2nd prize, a $2000 return trip on any Porter flight, and the 3rd prize goes to Rosanne Simeoni of Thunder Bay, Panasonic Entertainment package.
Hospital President Glenn Craig is thrilled with the $65,000 raised in this draw, helping the hospital to close in on $13-million of the $14-million goal for cardiac care.
The Witiluk family, which owns Thunder Bay Mitsubishi, donated the top prize. The family has had to travel to southern Ontario for care, which has motivated them to help the hospital reach its goal.
