Hammarskjold Threats Case Back In January

An 18-year-old woman who is charged with public mischief in relation to threats made to Hammarskjold High School will be back in court next month.

Court heard it’s been about eight months since Emilie Jade Pakrashi was charged in connection with threats made to Hammarskjold High School. Her lawyer will be back in court on her behalf on January 6th.

A 14-year-old boy is also charged in connection to this incident. The two face charges of public mischief and mischief interfering with the lawful use of property which has yet to be proven in court. There is a publication ban covering some of the details of this case.

Police have said there were more than 30 threats made against Hammarskjold High School.
