A fire on Simpson Street that gutted the Hell’s Angels clubhouse is now considered an arson.
Thunder Bay police have been handed the case from the Ontario Fire Marshall’s office.
Last week’s blaze also destroyed the former European Bakery and forced a gym for at-risk youth to close its doors.
City police tell us the fire is now considered a criminal investigation.
A spokesperson indicates “members of the Thunder Bay Police Service’s Major Crime Unit are investigating this as an arson.”
