Con College Students Sell Their Wares

If you are looking to buy a unique locally made item as a Christmas gift, Confederation College can help.

Each day this week the College’s marketing students are selling products they have created by taking discarded or unused materials and making something useful from them. They call the process ‘upcycling’.

The market runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Shuniah Student Lounge and outside the Ryan Hall Cafeteria.

  • Originally from southern Ontario, Jason found his way here and fell in love with the community and music scene of Thunder Bay over twenty years ago. In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
