A man convicted on child pornography charges is in custody, back behind bars.
Michael Danial Bewcyk is charged with breaching his probation, which forbids him from attending a number of places where children under 16 are present or can “reasonably be expected to be present”.
City police say the 71-year-old surrendered himself to police and he was arrested on Sunday.
His next court date is set for Wednesday.
He was found guilty in March of possessing child pornography, breaching a court order, and sexual interference which dates back to a period between 1996 and 1997.
