A Muskrat Dam First Nation woman is being honoured by the Canadian Military.
Canadian Ranger Emily Beardy recently received a 2019 Canadian Army Deserving Soldier Award.
The award is given to a soldier who embodies the Warrior spirit through leadership and service before self both in their units and communities.
