Police want anyone with information about a suspicious vehicle to come forward as they investigate an incident that happened Friday night.
City police say the vehicle was seen on Cuthbertson Street around 8:30, when it approached a 10-year-old boy who was playing hockey in a driveway.
They report a female passenger asked the boy about personal details, before leaving when the 10-year-old fled toward his house.
Police say the vehicle was off-white, yellow, or beige, and was last seen going into a laneway between two houses on the north side of Cuthbertson Street at the corner of South Selkirk Street.
The woman was Caucasian and possibly in her 20s with a thin build, black hat and beige sweater.
The driver is described as possibly in his 30s with darker skin, a thin build, a grey baseball cap and large sweater.””””
