City Council could be getting a report in October to award the contract for a consultant for their proposed $30 million dollar multi-use sports facility.
The tender process closed last week and officials tell us the evaluation process will be underway shortly.
City staff say they are pleased with the number of submissions they received for the project.
The consultant will be in charge of the design of the facility at Chapples Park.
