Forest fire fighters are dealing with 28 fires, including one new one confirmed yesterday.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry says it’s not under control at 20 hectares in size, around 22 kilometres south of Red Lake.
The risk of forest fires this weekend is mostly low to moderate, with an area of high to extreme hazard near the Manitoba border.
