A 19-year-old man from India has been arrested in connection with a Queen Street arson investigation.
City police say Steffin Sam Varghese was brought into custody in Niagara Falls, and has appeared in court in Thunder Bay.
On July 19th, city police got word that Varghese had fled to Niagara Falls, and got help from Niagara Regional Police to bring him under arrest.
Varghese was wanted on arson charges in a Queen Street blaze that happened July 8th.
He is also facing seven counts of Forcible Confinement.
He was also identified as a suspect in a Hartland Street fire on June 29th, which critically injured one person.
