A 33-year old Thunder Bay man is facing a robbery charge after a theft at a north end grocery store.
Police tell us they were called to the Safeway on Dawson Road around 10:30 last night to reports of a robbery involving a weapon.
Police found the man had left the store without paying for merchandise, and when confronted by an employee in the parking lot, revealed what appeared to be a knife.
Police were then called, and arrested the man without incident at Red River Road and Clarkson.
