A 38-year-old Winnipeg man is charged after a weekend incident involving bear spray.
City police report it followed a disturbance at an apartment on the 100-block of South Court Street on Saturday morning.
They were told a man entered the unit and sprayed the bear repellent in the living room area.
After an investigation, police found their suspect who surrendered peacefully.
He is out on a promise to appear in court at a later date.
