A 26-year old woman has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following an early morning weekend crash on Balmoral Street.
Thunder Bay police say it was around 3am, Saturday morning, when a silver Jeep was heading southbound, crossed over the centre line, and hit a hydro pole just south of Beverly Street.
The jeep then ended up in a Jasper Drive parking lot, hitting a parked trailer.
Police add the driver was then ejected, landing beyond the jeep’s final position.
Police haven’t given the cause of the crash, and add no one else was hurt.
