e Children’s Centre Foundation is looking to bring in some money through their Playhouse Challenge.
Spokesperson Mike Chamberlain tells us they are raffling off four life-sized playhouses.
“We’ve engaged three high schools and the college this year to build these playhouses. So they are really proud of the beautiful playhouses they’ve built and they’re happy to support children’s mental health.”
Organizers hope to bring in around $40,000.
The playhouses will be raffled off on June 18th, 2019. While tickets are just $20, each playhouse is estimated at $2,000.
The Foundation invites the public to visit Intercity Shopping Centre until June 10th to purchase a ticket and view the playhouse on display.
