I love Labyrinth. You know, the movie starring David Bowie as the Goblin King who steals the babe with the power? (what power?) I’ve seen it dozens of times and I am sure I will watch it dozens more. It isn’t, however, my favourite Muppet type movie. My overwhelming preference is for The Dark Crystal. It scared the crap out of me as a kid, I cried over it as a teen and it still makes me weepy just thinking about it. I am pretty sure that at the time, I was the only one of my friends that preferred The Dark Crystal, and I’m okay with that. I was excited to read last year that Netflix was working on a Dark Crystal prequel series and was absolutely giddy when I saw the trailer released this weekend. I’ve posted it below for your eye candy enjoyment!
