Not sure when we’ll see a final decision on the Designated Truck Route By-Law.
City council was to vote on the final by-law tonight, restricting truck traffic to Highway 11-17.
But that’s been postponed to another date, which we don’t know of yet.
It would also require heavy trucks to spend as much as possible of their trip through the city on a route from the Harbour Expressway to Island Drive.
