A fire east of Thunder Bay has destroyed a house.
Shuniah Fire officials tell us they were called to the residence in Pearl last night at around 8:30.
However, by the time they got there the fire was well underway and part of the house had collapsed.
It took them about two and a half hours to extinguish.
No one was home at the time.
The cause is under investigation.
