If you get a phone call from someone claiming to be from Thunder Bay Hydro, just hang up.
Synergy North, as the city utility is now called, says customers have been calling them complaining someone has been asking them for billing information.
A spokesperson for Synergy North explains it’s a scam and to call police if you get such a call.
