Progress in the construction of the bridge near the entrance of Nakina Drive at Confederation College.
Due to completion of phase one, today is the first day the bridge is open.
You can use the loop at the East entrance of the Shuniah building for drop-offs and pickups.
Bus service is back to normal at the west entrance of the Shuniah building, the east side of the McIntyre building and Sibley Hall residence, and southeast of the McIntyre building.
The bus shuttle service offered during construction between the McIntyre and Shuniah buildings is done.
Also, the pedestrian bridge being worked on next to the Nakina/Atikokan Dr. bridge stays closed.
Work is expected to finish next spring.
