Your Generosity Gives Christmas Cheer A Boost

Acadia Broadcasting’s 12 Hours Of Cheer is another success.

Thanks to your donations, both our radio stations helped to raise over $42,600 towards this year’s Christmas Cheer campaign by holding a 12-hour broadcasting marathon at the CLE Coliseum.

Chair Joleene Kemp says that puts the charity over $107,000 towards their $116,000 goal.

“Today has brought us within a hair’s breadth of our total [goal], but more importantly, it’s made the community aware that we are alive and moving around.”

Starting tomorrow, the hampers which were packaged today will be given to needy families.

In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
