Giving Tuesday Update!

As of 4 pm today, the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation had surpassed their goal for a defibrillator for the operating room and had moved on to raising funds for their next ‘Wish List’ item: a fetal telemetry monitor for Labour & Delivery. If you’d like to help the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation raise funds for these vital pieces of life saving equipment, all of the information and links are below! Thank you to everyone who donated, it really does give me the warm and fuzzies to know that our community is so generous!

Here’s how to donate:

  • Online at healthsciencesfoundation.ca/gt
  • Text the word VITAL to 20222 to make a $10 donation from your phone
  • Visit us in front of the Donation Centre, next to the Grand Christmas Tree (inside the Health Sciences Centre) until 5pm today.
  • Phone 345-4673
  • Originally from southern Ontario, Jason found his way here and fell in love with the community and music scene of Thunder Bay over twenty years ago. In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
