Lincoln Street Eatery Wants Liquor Licence

The owner of Lincoln Street Eatery is pleased with the community’s support for her $16,000 fundraising campaign.

An Indiegogo campaign is over in just under a months time to raise enough cash for the eatery to build an accessible washroom so they can apply for a liquor licence.

Jennifer Sauve says she has received offers from individuals who will actually build the washrooms and help with permits, plumbing and construction.

She also notes she’s humbled by those who have donated to the online campaign.

Sauve says washrooms are the most expensive part of construction but notes they also need flooring and ramps to access it.
