It appears there will be relief locally after Bombardier announced this morning it will be cutting 5 thousand positions as part of company wide streamlining.
The transportation and aerospace giant tells our newsroom there are no significant impacts expected for Bombardier Rail in Canada, out of this just announced restructuring.
The officials explains, the impact will be mainly in Europe.
