US State Senator Amy Klobucher was returned to office for a third term while Minnesota Lieutenant Governor Tina Smith is back at the other US Senator.
She’d been appointed earlier this year to fill a vacancy when Al Franken stepped down.
Pete Stauber is one of two Republicans who will represent Minnesota in Congress after winning District 8, a former Democrat stronghold, which includes northeastern Minnesota and Koochiching County.
And, Democrat Angie Craig took a seat from Republican incumbent Jason Lewis.
