History is being made in Canada today with the legalization of recreational cannabis.
Here in Ontario you can only buy cannabis products online and only from the Ontario Cannabis Store which officially opened for business at one minute after midnight today.
Keep in mind, you will need to be 19 and older to buy, use, possess and grow recreational cannabis.
You will be able to purchase up to 30 grams (about one ounce) of dried recreational cannabis at one time for personal use.
That is also the amount you will be allowed to carry in public.
As well, driving while under the influence of marijuana is prohibited and police have the equipment to make sure you are not high behind the wheel.
