Complaints against a Kenora Justice of the Peace will be heard by the Justices of the Peace Review Council in January.
The council says three separate complaints were made against Robert McNally related to racist comments and other behaviours said to have occurred in the courtroom August and September of last year.
The Council ordered the hearing after looking into the complaints.
It will take place on January 22nd in Toronto.
