The Dew Drop Inn Soup Kitchen is expecting over 400 people for Thanksgiving dinner.
Spokesperson Michael Quibell tells us plenty of volunteers have been working behind the scenes to help carry out creating such a large meal.
Quibell tells us they’re preparing enough food to feed 500 people, just in case.
“We’re not quite sure of the numbers this year,” he admits. “Our numbers have been increasing. Last year, we did close to 400.”
It’s on from 2 o’clock until 3:30 this afternoon, at the Dew Drop Inn on Red River Road.
