Contract talks have started to get CN workers a new contract.
Their union, Unifor, and the company exchanged proposals and have several dates booked to begin negotiations.
The current collective agreement expires at the end of this year.
Unifor National President Jerry Dias says the main concern for members is the contracting out of repair and overhaul work and they will be demanding improved benefits.
