Thunder Bay charity PRO Kids is thankful for over $13,000 from this year’s Mayor’s Mulligan Golf Tournament.
Spokesperson Laura Daniele tells us this funding is vital to their success.
“It means that more kids can get into activities,” she points out. “We spend about $100,000 on activities per year, so every dollar that comes in is very important to us.”
PRO Kids places children in activities when their families cannot afford the fees.
Mayor Keith Hobbs tells us he hopes the future Mayor continues this fundraiser.
