I was a big Mister Rogers fan but even more into Mr. Dressup. Did you know that we have Fred Rogers to thank for Mr. Dressup!? He actually started out his run as Mister Rogers in Canada on the CBC. When he moved here to develop the show, he brought Ernie Coombs with him to help develop the show. When Fred hit the dusty trail back to the States, Ernie stayed and went on to become Mr. Dressup! So cool that those two classics, went on to become such icons, and started out together. All these memories. Gets me right in the McFeelys!
