Four men from the Toronto area are now in police custody thanks to a quick thinking neighbour.
They say the person called 9-1-1 to report a break-in in progress on John Street Road near Toms Road during the lunch hour today.
The witness says a white minivan with Quebec plates left the area and was followed by plain clothes officers shortly after.
The suspects eventually pulled into a parking lot on West Arthur Street and were captured after a short chase.
