A local charity organization has sent some refurbished sewing machines to El Salvador.
Medical Equipment Modernization Opportunity sent out a shipping container full of medical equipment and supplies earlier this month, and it also included seven machines.
The local charity called MEMO provided sewing machines, sewing material and fabric for the 9 month sewing course for unemployed villagers.
The machines will be used in a community sewing school in that country.
