Lakehead University’s Achievement Program is expanding into the north shore.
The program is being offered to grade four students at George O’Neill Public School and St. Edward Catholic School in Nipigon.
Qualified participants who join in grade four and graduate from the program in grade 12 can earn financial assistance by completing specific requirements.
A special signing between the school board and the university is taking place Tuesday.
