Man Charged With Sexual Assault

A 70-year old Thunder Bay man is facing charges of sexual assault dating back to alleged incidents with a youth from 1996 to 1997.

Local police laid sexual assault and interference charges against Michael Bewcyk while he was in custody on other charges related to a separate incident that happened August 26th.

He’s still in jail, and his next court date is September 24th.
