Men Charged After Traffic Stop

Two men in their mid 20’s from the Toronto area are facing charges following a traffic stop on Egan Street.

Police say they noticed a vehicle fail to stop for a stop sign.

The two men gave conflicting information about the ownership of the vehicle, which lead to a greater search.

That lead to the discovery of a stolen credit card, as well as finding the two had given false names to police.

They appeared in court this morning, charged with obstructing an officer and possession of stolen property under $5,000.
