Chief Survey Filled Out Over 500 Times

The Police Services Board is one step closer to hiring a new police chief now that online survey results are completed.

Board chair Jackie Dojack tells us over 550 people participated and the results will help in determining who the new chief will be and what that person’s priorities should be.

Dojack says they were surprised and delighted there was such interest.

The board hopes to name a new police chief before the end of the fall.
